It also helps in material optimization and maintaining ergonomic design standards. Since the same CNC cutting files can be reused multiple times without modification, it becomes a cost-effective and scalable solution for repeat production.

Category 02, Technical Drawings for Production / NPD focus on traditional furniture manufacturing methods, where the sofa or furniture structure is manually constructed instead of being CNC-based. This category includes detailed production drawings along with all required templates and technical support needed for manufacturing. In this process, carpenter involvement remains 100%, as follows in conventional furniture production methods used by most manufacturers. Along with production drawings, this category also includes New Product Development (NPD), helping brands and manufacturers develop new furniture concepts from the design stage to the production stage.
